Recently, the award ceremony of the 5th "LONGTEC Cup" College Student Science and Technology Innovation Competition of Jinan University was held grandly in the Academic Lecture Hall of Jinan University Zhuhai Campus.

Cultivating students is not just about imparting knowledge through textbooks, but more importantly, involving them in project implementation, applying what they have learned, and innovating. During the five years since the "Changlu Cup" was held, LONGTEC Company has provided us with excellent opportunities and truly helped our classmates. We hope to have deeper cooperation with LONGTEC Company in the future.

At the ceremony, our deputy general manager Du Hongtao stated that talent is the company's first resource, and LONGTEC has always taken cultivating employees with a scientific spirit as its mission. From school enterprise cooperation to industry education integration, we work together with major universities to cultivate high-quality talents. The launching ceremony and project evaluation activities of the 5th "LONGTEC Cup" College Student Science and Technology Innovation Competition were held grandly in the Academic Newspaper Conference Hall of Jinan University Zhuhai Campus. The mid-term evaluation of the 5th "LONGTEC Cup" is in full swing, and each participating team is confident and generous, showing us their ideas on project selection, promotion, and implementation.

Each participating team fully demonstrated their unique insights and innovative thinking on the product through rich project reports. The on-site judging panel asked questions about the project proposal ideas and feasibility, and provided valuable suggestions.

The "LONGTEC Cup" is a joint university science and technology innovation competition organized by LONGTEC and Jinan University. It is an important way to improve the scientific literacy and innovation ability of college students, and also a key measure for Changlu to broaden its talent training channels. In the process of development, LONGTEC fully leverages its own advantages and showcases the latest industry technologies to students through competitions, allowing more students to improve their abilities in identifying, solving, analyzing and making decisions, coordinating and communicating, cultivating professional talents that meet industry development and market needs, and ultimately achieving a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
