• VOC exhaust treatment: the entire filling process is carried out in a sealed chamber, from filling to lid closing, all designed with sealed compartments and VOC collection ports, which can effectively control the organized emission of VOCs during the filling process

• The re-inspection system can simultaneously detect packaging weight, labels, lids, etc. for compliance, reject non-compliant products from the production line and issue an alarm

• Code scanning identification: scan and identify QR codes, bind product packaging information with the QR code, and upload the data to the upper-level system, such as product name, code, packaging weight, packaging time, etc

• A wide range of communication interfaces are available, supporting multiple industrial standard communication protocols, allowing integration and data exchange with systems such as DCS, WMS, ERP
